社会経済の発展に伴い,我が国の食生活を取り巻く環境は日々変化を続けている。その変化と共に,「欠食」,「偏食」,「過食」などによる「やせ」,「肥満」の問題も生じ,生活習慣病の発症に深く関与している。我々は国民栄養調査において,特に20歳女子のカルシウムが所要量より下回る摂取状況から,生活習慣病の1つとして,位置づけられている骨粗鬆症に注目し,青年期にある人々の食生活因子の検討を行った。そこで我々は本学20歳女子学生182名を対象に骨量(音響的骨評価値)を含む身体状況,並びに食事調査を実施した。測定の結果,骨粗鬆症の予備群は全体の4%を占め,これらの学生は体重・BMIが他の学生に比べ,有意に低値を示した。また,同様にこれらの学生は,栄養摂取でも,脂肪・鉄を除いたエネルギー・たんぱく質・糖質・カルシウムにおいて低値を示し,朝食欠食率は,27%と高率で,栄養摂取の著しいバランスの悪さが伺えた。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"神戸女子短期大学学会"}]},"item_10002_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AN10471612","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"09193650","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"小澤,
