3.0:ボディコンポジションアナライザー(MPジャパンkk)を用いて,本学食物栄養学科学生161名を対象に,体重,体脂肪,骨量,その他体成分の測定を行った。従来,肥満の評価は身長,体重からBMI法で算出した肥満判定基準に沿っているが,体重や体脂肪,腹部脂肪率,筋肉量,骨量等の情報を併せて肥満を検討すると,“普通体重”と診断されても,腹部脂肪率が高く,骨量が低い場合や,また,“やせ”と診断され体脂肪量は低いが,腹部脂肪率は“普通体重”と変わりなく高く,骨量は低い等の状況が明確に理解できた。この様な情報は,体重をコントロールするための具体的示唆を与えてくれる。若年女子の“やせ”は年々増加の傾向にあるが,やせるだけのダイエットは健康に害を及ぼし兼ねない。本研究により,体成分に関するこれらの客観的情報を提供することにより,健康意識を高め,肥満指導がより効果的に行えると考えられた。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"神戸女子短期大学学会"}]},"item_10002_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AN10471612","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"09193650","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"小澤,
